Q. Where should I go when I arrive on campus for the Reunion? 
A. 
For those arriving on Friday, registration will be available at Drexel Hall. Saturday registration will take place at the Alumni Association Food & Beverage Tent near the football field from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.


Q. Is it important to register when I arrive on campus?
A. 
Yes. Registration is our only way to get a head count for the day.  You will also be able to pick up maps and schedules, purchase Food & Beverage Tent tickets, update your contact information, and look to see who has already arrived.


Q. Do I need to make event reservations in advance? 
A. 
Yes. In order to assist with planning for general reunion activities and class events, we need to have accurate attendance counts for each event. Your advance reservation will insure that you are on the attendance list for the events you have pre-selected.


Q. How do I submit my payment?
A. 
The Division of Institutional Advancement accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and checks. You can pay online, enclose a check or credit card number with your reservation form, or call us at 800.227.1898 with your credit card information.


Q. Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation? 
A. 
Those who register online will receive a confirmation email. Confirmation will not be sent to those who register by mail or over the phone. You can call the Division of Institutional Advancement at 219.866.6250 or 800.227.1898 to confirm your registration.
 

Q. Where do I park? 
A. 
On Saturday, security officers will direct you to appropriate parking areas as you arrive on campus. For your convenience it is advised that you park in the Richard F. Scharf Alumni Fieldhouse parking lot or the parking lot behind Halleck Student Center. Parking is also available at Drexel Hall during the Friday events. There is no charge to park.
 


Q. What should I do if I need to change my reservation? 
A. 
Contact the Division of Institutional Advancement Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm CDT at 800.227.1898 to make changes.


Q. How do I find out where and when my class activities are being held? 
A. 
Refer to the online main schedule of events or the hard copy that you received in the mail.


Q. If I have a question that hasn't been covered, who should I contact?
